I didn't create Oak SEN Path because I spotted a gap in the market.

I created it because I lived the gap.

For years, I fought a system that seemed impossible to navigate. As the parent of a child with complex SEND needs, I spent countless hours researching legislation, writing letters, preparing evidence, attending meetings, and trying to make sense of processes that often felt designed to overwhelm families rather than support them.

Alongside that, I was carrying something many parents know all too well, the invisible weight of chronic stress, constant advocacy, and the feeling that if I stopped, everything would fall apart.

Over time I realised that knowledge alone isn't enough. When your nervous system is in survival mode, it's incredibly difficult to think clearly, make decisions, or advocate with confidence.

That realisation became the foundation of Oak SEN Path.

I've combined years of lived experience, thousands of hours researching SEND law and guidance, and a deep understanding of nervous system regulation to create practical AI tools that genuinely support families.

Every feature has been designed with one question in mind:

“Would this have made my life easier when I needed it most?”

Today, Oak SEN Path exists to help parents spend less time overwhelmed by paperwork and more time doing what matters most, being present with their children.

Because no parent should have to become an expert just to secure the support their child deserves.
